These terms govern your use of One and Vitality (together, the "Services"), provided by Custle Labs LLP. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The Services

Custle Apps provides software tools for running a business or practice — including order, inventory, client and scheduling management. We charge a subscription fee for access; we do not act as a party to transactions between you and your customers or clients.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the Services and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from within the product; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable law, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
