This policy explains how Custle Labs LLP("Custle Apps", "we") handles personal data collected through One and Vitality (together, the "Services"), in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What we collect

Account details you provide at signup (name, email, phone), business or practice information you enter into the product (store, client and order records), and standard usage data (device, browser, log events) needed to operate the Services securely.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, process the orders, clients or consultations you record, send transactional notifications, and improve the reliability of the Services. We do not sell personal data.

3. Payments

Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment gateway partners. Custle Apps does not store full payment card details on its own servers. On Vitality, client payments to practitioners settle directly — Custle Apps does not hold or intermediate those funds.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting operations@custle.co.in.
